Could not connect to client

Hi there,

 

Just looking for what I think/hope is some basic help.

 

I have been using tortoisecvs for a few years now. Nothing complicated,
repository is on my laptop to maintain a few Perl scripts.

Got a new laptop and so have downloaded version 1.12.5 and installed it
fine.

 

I try to create a new module with the following:

 

 

 

 

And I get the following error:

 

 

 

I am pretty sure I am missing something basic. It's been years since I
have had to mess with the configuration of tortoisecvs

 

Any help or pointers would be great.
