Hi Vincent,

For problems specific to CVS Suite 2009 please e-mail
sales-qn/[email protected] - the pre-sales technical support team can help
you. Run the 'cvsdiag' utility form the command line and send the
results with your question, eg:

   cvsdiag > c:\cvsdiag-client.txt

The most common reason for overlays to stop appearing is that either:

* the sandbox is on a network drive - to fix set the network drive
preference

* you have too many overlay handlers installed on your PC - uninstall
one or more. Windows 7 has LESS available handlers than previous
versions of windows.

Regards,

Arthur Barrett
