tortoise 1.12.5 does not run Window7 (64)

Hi Folks,

I installed Tortoise CVS 1.12.5 under Windows7 but I could not get it running. After installing Tortoise I have only a context menu with the entries help, prefrences and about.

What can I do to get it running?
