module list not availabe on server <server_name>

hi, one of my co-workers is getting the error "module list not available on server ..." when he clicks on the Fetch List button in the cvs checkout dialog. when i run the command "cvs ls" from a dos window it lists all of the modules in the repository. he has: windows XP TortoiseCVS SUITE version 2009 Build 4190 built by march-hare.com CVS client version: Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.8.01 (Soolin) Build 4377 cheers, vince ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Everyone hates slow websites.
