Hi Michael,

I only received a binary distribution, and as I am a non-commercial 
distributor, I am not obliged to supply the source distribution (see 
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhatDoesWrittenOfferValid) - 
i.e. you must contact March Hare to obtain the source. Note that MH is 
allowed to charge a fee for this, and they indeed do: 
http://store.march-hare.com/s.nl/it.A/id.202/.f

Of course, in accordance with the GPL, anyone who already has a copy of 
the source is allowed to distribute it to anyone. Unfortunately, I do 
not have the source myself, so I cannot help you.
