[viewvc-dev] Customize ViewVC html

I'd like to add a message box to the ViewVC html page that contains the
Subversion repositories that users see when viewing via ViewVC.

Just an area for 1 or 2 lines to make comments (i.e. NOTICE; "Use of ViewVC
will require authorization"  or " ViewVC  will be upgraded ??/??/????"

or another drop down menu to link to a local html with messages or
information.

Will such a modification cause any problems ?? Where is the default page
located ?
