However, I cannot navigate to either the branches or tags link.  I get a very long wait, followed by the "Internal Server Error" message.

I meant to mention that I can navigate below the branches/tags link by writing the correct URL for a given branch or tag.  Of course, I have to get the branch or tag name from some other source (e.g., command-line svn), since the browser will not show me the possibilities.
