Are there any folks here who are hosting a ViewVC instance on a Windows server? I'm trying to figure out if there are others who are experiencing the problem reported in ViewVC issue #7 [1], which appears to result in the inability to download files larger than around 10-12 megabytes from ViewVC hosted on that platform.
