It's not so important, but the former one was very good. 'address' became a pure email address so the configuration would make sense to new users, and the change justified by the fact that admins can modify the templates (namely, footer.ezt) if they want something custom there. > 2. Syntax coloration is not working, though pygments-python is installed. > Formerly I could use 'highlight' very nicely. Very bad. I knew I would catch some complaints about this change, but ViewVC 1.1.x got rid of five (5) different, incompatible, competing, incomplete syntax highlighters, and added a single one that doesn't require forking off one or two additional system processes per view. The Pygments library seems to work quite well for most folks, so I'm happy to work with you to determine what's not working for you. > 3. Icons doesn't show with IE8 at all. But that was after 1.1.2, and my own 1.1.2 installations don't exhibit problems. I wonder ... is there any chance that the Fedora folks packaged something other than stock 1.1.2? -- C.
