[viewvc-users] xml file's contents are not viewable

*.xml files cannot be viewed on my installation (CollabNet Subversion Edge release 3.1.0) I get the message "This file's contents are not viewable. Please download this version of the file in order to view it" I'm the site administrator. What can I change to made xml files viewable?
