Restrict User access to certain modules

Dear experts,

we use CVSNT 2.5.03 Build 2382 on a Windows2000 Server with WinCVs 2.0.2.4 
(Build4) with pserver-protocol.

we have several repositories and all the users of a repository have write 
access to all modules of the repository.

now we want to restrict the access to the modules: is there any way to 
restrict the access to a module to a certain user or user group?
