Howto add/remove/configure "default" ACL entries

dear community,

i work on a nearly 10 years successfull running repository. After switching
ACLMode from compat to normal, i need to cleanup some ACL entries.

There are some (many) "default" entries in the ACLs.
I found no way to remove them by using the normal "cvs chacl" command.
Hacking the fileattr.xml would be an option, but only the last one...

so here are my questions:
- - how to remove the default ACL entries by using "cvs chacl"?
- - how to add new default entries by using "cvs chacl" (e.g. for giving de=
fault
read access to some folders)
- - howto (if possible) adjust the way, how cvsnt sets the default entries =
while
adding folders or something else...
