Howto remove all watchers/editors from all files in a folder

dear community,

once again a cleanup task:
in my repository are many "watcher" and "edit" entries, that partly does not
exist anymore.

Is there a way to remove them by using the "cvs watch/edit" commands (or
similar) recursively for all files for a given folder?
