Keep in mind that after you've "compressed" your db by doing this,
it'll grow VERY quickly (and run more slowly) for a while as it splits lots
of pages to make room for new rows.  Jeff Anton did a talk on this at
the last (ever?) user conference:

he recommended doing rebuilds with freepct=10 so you have a little bit of free
space for new insertions.
