^ Only took a little longer than I thought it'd take (about an hour, and
half of that was figuring out how to use argparse).   :)
  Definitely easier than something involving actual server state --
note that it never connects to the server, so if you want groups to be taken
into account you need to pass them in explicitly (e.g. from "p4 groups
USER"), but that'd be easy to add into the script.  I just
wanted to proof-of-concept that you could implement all of the logic client-side
if you had to.

Unit tests I will leave as an exercise for the reader...
