[p4] P4ADMIN - Incompatibility with comments

Hi,

I recently upgraded my P4V to P4V/NTX64/2018.1/1637591 and when I launch the
"P4Admin" tool under Tools > Administration [Ctrl+Shift+A] I get a
popup saying that the admin tool is not compatible with comments created by an
older version of P4Admin (see the attached image). I'm not sure what I
should do here. I don't want to risk running the suggested operation because
I have users who are still using older versions of P4V/P4Admin and I don't
know what the consequence will be.
