[p4] Mark Missing Files as Delete?

Hi,

It would be good to work out whether this is a P4V issue or not.

Which version of P4V are you using?

Also, does 'p4 reconcile' from the command-line mark the files as open
for delete, once you have removed
them from the workspace?
