   I didn't see the 5.10.0 , the latest version I see there is
   5.9.4.  I may be missing something , can you please share the
   link for RCS 5.10.0 source if you have it handy ?

5.10.0 will be released in the next few weeks If All Goes Well.
Could you check it out from savannah and try building it?  If
there are problems, we want to fix them before release.
