   I didn't see the 5.10.0 , the latest version I see there is
   5.9.4.  I may be missing something , can you please share the
   link for RCS 5.10.0 source if you have it handy ?

5.10.0 will be released in the next few weeks If All Goes Well.
Could you check it out from savannah and try building it?  If there are pro=
blems, we want to fix them before release.
