Re: dist/vcp.exe now passes most tests

I've reproduced this in test script in t/99p4_label_branch_rev_1.t, can
you see if that script causes it at your end?  Something like:

    perl -Ilib t/99p4_label_branch_rev_1.t

in a freshly synced VCP dir should do.
