If you're running the VCP checked out from the Perforce Public D epot
(as a bunch of files, not vcp.pl), I can have a fix for you quickly,
let me know.

It's Win32, so it's case preserving. If your developers checked some
files in one way and other files in another way, that'll happen.
It's really rather a shame that VCP does this to you, I'll fix it.
