There has been no debugging or testing done with
FoxPro, so Vault 2.0 *probably* won't work any
better than 1.x.

But there have been some changes in the area of
error message reporting in the IDE component, so
you might want to give it a try.

I don't suppose there's any hope that the SCCAPI will have been modified
(note I did not use the word "fixed" <s>) to work smoothly with VFP?  I've
got the budget to convert us to Vault from VSS (4) + SOS (2), but those
danged non-error error messages ...

Vault 2.0 will have this feature.

If nothing else goes wrong, Vault 2.0 will 
be released by the end of the week.

In sourcesafe, the text in the "compare versions" window could be selected
and copied to the clipboard. I have used this on numerous occasions to
recover snippets of deleted code.

Unfortunately the "compare versions" window in Vault does not support
selection and clipboard copying so I have lost some important functionality.
