Matt,

It's funny how bug reports come in groups.  I just debugged this for 
another customer.  The problem is that one of your labels has the ':' 
character in it.  There is a dumb bug in the import where importing a 
label with a : in the label text will crash the import.  The fix has 
been applied to the 2.0 tree, but not to the 1.2.x tree.  For now, the 
only choice is to not import any labels with : in them.

If this is not appealing to you (you might have a lot of labels with 
:'s), then let me know, and I'll get you a 1.2.3 build with the 
backported fix.  Thanks.
