value 2.0 upgrade ?!?

Hi All,
I'm currently using version 1.2.1 and am trying to determining if I should
upgrade to 2.0

However, after visiting http://www.sourcegear.com/vault/info.asp I don't see
any listing of new features/bug fixes.
Also, what is the upgrade path? Can I go from 1.2.1 --> 2.0? or do I have to
go

1.2.1 --> 1.2.2 --> 1.2.3 --> 2.0

Is there a list somewhere?  Also, what is the price to upgrade?  Unless I'm
missing something, this is quite scary, as I'm depnding upon vault for my
company jewels.
