Yes, our pricing changes came with the release of 2.0. The confusion over our pricing just became too great, so we decided to change to a much simpler model and to greatly reduce price as a barrier to switching to Vault for larger shops (as well as remain very reasonable for smaller shops) Technically, the 5-pack is not really a starter pack, since you can have as many 5-packs as you want on a server, whereas you could only have 1 starter pack. -Dan -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]]On Behalf Of Luke T. When did the Starter Pack and Single User pricing disappear from Vault? I've been following all the mailing list postings, but I guess much of the discussion is moving to the online forum. But, I can't see in either of those places the announcement that this was going to be done away with, or I would have acted! I just came across the "implicit" user license issue, which is nice for evaluation, but doesn't help much with moving to 3-4 users. If I had at least bought the single-user, I would have had one license under the belt! So, did this happen with the 2.0 release? I guess the 5-license pack sort of replaces the Starter Pack, it's just more expensive now? Luke
