Problem after moving repository to a new server

I just moved a Vault database from one server to another following the
instructions at http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=228 .

The move apparently was successful, in that I can log in to the Vault
admin tool on the new server, and it shows me the stuff I expect to see
in the repository. However, when I attempt to select a repository to
work with from any of the dropdown lists (for example, on the Undo Check
Out tab), the Admin tool crashes and burns:
