Backup failure

I'm attempting to backup the vault database in preparation for an upgrade to
2.0.1.  I'm using 1.2.2 now.  Whenever I try to backup I get the following
error message after about a minute of the admin tool being locked:

VaultLib.VaultSoapException: 1104 : FailDBReader
  at VaultService.VaultAdminService.CreateBackup(VaultBackup& vBackup)

I see nothing in the sgvault.log file, not even a mention of the backup
attempt.  I'm running Win2000 and logged in as Administrator when running
the admin tool.  Our database is quite large, probably around 10 gig, but if
it was a timeout issue I'd think I'd see something in the log.  Vault itself
is running fine, clients can log in and do their thing.

I have backed up before successfully.  The only thing different now is that
database has grown.  :)
