RE: Shadow Folder Problem

We get two listings when running the query.  The first is to
https://vault1/blahblah  and the second is to https://vault2/blahblah.
We want it to point to vault2. =20

Good morning.

You'll need to check a couple of things for Shadow Folders.

 From the Vault Server's viewpoint:
a)  Run the following query SELECT * FROM sgvault.dbo.tblplugins.  What=20
is the value for pluginurl?  Is the URL look correct?

b)  The Vault Shadow Folder runs as a web service on the Vault Server.=20
Can you verify the web service is configured on the machine.  Using a=20
browser - try browsing to=20
http://localhost/vaultshadowfolder/vaultshadowfolder.asmx

Did that work?


 From the Shadow Folder Server's viewpoint:
a)  Examine Shadow Folder's web.config.  It should have entries on which

Vault server it contacts to retrieve the files.  Do the URLs look
correct?
