RE: Vault 2.0.3 performance

This certainly is not the behavior we would expect.
Most users report that performance increases
when upgrading from 1.x to 2.0. 

I suspect the 2002 patch would not be the source
of this kind of a problem.

We upgraded to Vault 2.0.3 a few days ago, and it appears to be much slowr
than Vault 1.2.x

Typical check in operations take 2 to 3 times longer, or anywhere from 10 to
10 seconds per file.

For the time being we are using Vault 2.03 with the Visual Studio 2002
patch. Could this be a perfoemce hit?
