If I correctly understand your question, you want to
undelete a folder which you have deleted.  To do this,
find the folder which formerly contained the
deleted folder.  Right-click on that folder and
select Properties.  Choose the Deleted items tab.
Find the deleted item and click the Undelete button.

Another question:  I had added a project to Vault through the IDE.  I then
went in and deleted the folder that was created in the repository.  Now I
have a project that can not be opened.  Is there a way to recover from this?
I can see the folder when I search for it in the history.  When is the
rollback feature available?
