Vault sessions are stored in memory on the server. It's only fair to let you know that you're attempting something that nobody has done before. Officially speaking, it sounds like you're trying to setup an "unsupported configuration". Informally speaking, I'll be terribly curious to see if it would work. Also, I'm making assumptions here which may not be true, but I'm not sure you'll get what you want by setting up two Vault servers talking to the same instance of SQL server.
