Subversion 0.18.1 released.

I am pleased to announce that another interim release of Subversion is
now available. You can grab release 0.18.1 at the following location:

 http://subversion.tigris.org/files/documents/15/3063/subversion-r5118.tar.gz

Please note that the revision number in the tar filename is from the
release branch, not the trunk. 

This bugfix release fixes crashes in the internal diff library and the
ra_dav layer.

This release was tested against Apache httpd 2.0.44, which is available
at this location:

 http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi
