You can grab release 0.19 at the following location: http://subversion.tigris.org/files/documents/15/3243/subversion-0.19.tar.gz The MD5 checksum for this release is 6a45fe0fa15b4cb43fc71cbd1311db4d. This release was tested against Apache httpd 2.0.44, which is available at this location: http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi A list of changes appears at the end of this email.
