I agree for the changes I posted to be included, as they are or with the necessary tweaks if any, in the respective projects (cvs2svn/ rcparse/ etc) and distributed under the same license (or licenses, if more than one) as the rest of these projects' code.

As to may real name: it's Gheorghe Savulescu.

It's perfectly fine with me. Indeed from what you describe the change is now in a more suitable place.

I'll try to do that. But first I'll have a look at (the new) svntest, hope that will help me at least to learn how to add a new test...
