CVS2SVN conversion on windows...

Hi,

 

  I am in the process of converting my CVS projects to SVN.  

 

Correct me if I followed wrong steps.

 

Procedure followed by me :-

 1) Downloaded cvs2svn-2.2.0.tar.gz from the website.

2) Unzipped file in "C:\cvs2svn-2.2.0".

3) Created many folders with In the directory.

 

Now I don't know where to run the CVS2SVN command. i.e which directory
should I be in the unzipped folder to run "CVS2SVN" command.?

I have read a lot of documentation which explains how to run the command
in UNIX operating system. But unfortunately, I am running the
application in Windows Operating system.  If possible could you send me
a file or link where I can read documentation of how to run commands on
windows.
