Hi, it tells you exactly what the error is and what to do to prevent it. :) there was a problem converting some text msgs to unicode and needs to help it by telling how the source is encoded. That is, there are extended characters in your log msgs and author names. by using the --encoding parameter you can tell cvs2svn how they are encoded, so it can figure out how to convert them to unicode and all will be fine!
