cvs2git error

Hi, I'm hoping for a little help. I'm trying to convert a cvs repo. to a git repo. and am running into an error. The error and command looks like this: $ ../cvs2svn/cvs2svn-trunk/cvs2git --options=../cvs2git-athena-rfx.options 0.304685: Conversion start time: 2010-02-07 05:02:05 MST 0.309014: ----- pass 1 (CollectRevsPass) ----- 0.310163: Examining all CVS ',v' files... 0.316459: /disk2/cvs/athena-rfx/CVSROOT/checkoutlist,v 0.365369: Exception occurred while parsing /disk2/cvs/athena-rfx/CVSROOT/checkoutlist,v ERROR: The command 'cvs -q -R -f -d /disk2/cvs/athena-rfx co -r1.1 -p CVSROOT/checkoutlist' failed with exit status=0 and the following output: cvs: WARNING: Read-only repository access mode selected via `cvs -R'. Using this option to access a repository which some users write to may cause intermittent sandbox corruption. Does anyone know of a way to get around this? Thanks, Tom Gardiner Ps.
