Co.exe generating an error message....

Hello All,
        We are using cvs2svn to convert. I ran into an issue and following 
is the error message that I am getting:

Starting Subversion Dumpfile.
Starting Subversion r1 / 567
Starting Subversion r2 / 567
Starting Subversion r3 / 567
Starting Subversion r4 / 567
Starting Subversion r5 / 567
Starting Subversion r6 / 567
ERROR: The command 'co -q -x,v -p1.1 
C:\\CVS_Repo\\Applications\\LQ\\LQSystemWeb\\WebContent\\images\\show-calendar.gif,v' 
failed with exit status=-1 and no output

I am also attaching the file for your reference. Thanks in advance for 
your help.....

Following are the programs/utilities I am using and their corresponding 
version:

cvs2svn         :       Ver 2.3.0
rcs.exe & co.exe        :       RCS 5.7 For Win32
Gnu Sort                :       CoreUtils For Windows Ver 5.3.0
Python                  :       Ver 2.6
