Yes, send to the mailing list a reproducible test case (the smaller the
better) that does not convert correctly.  This will maximize your chance
of getting help.

Though please note that cvs2svn does not officially support conversions
from CVSNT.  So don't be surprised if the help is limited.  You might
have to dig into the problem yourself or sponsor development work to get
your problem solved.
