Hi Greg, I'd like to draw your attention to a bug that was reported here: http://mercurial.selenic.com/bts/issue2538 (and more recently by me here: http://mercurial.selenic.com/bts/issue3292). In summary, 'fixup commits' violate the invariants described here: http://www.selenic.com/hg/rev/1792b8a9422b which can cause later conversions to silently do the wrong thing. Could you add a warning about this to README.cvs2hg under the "Known problems" section?
