cvs2svn-2.3.0: crash in pass 16

Hello everybody,

while trying to convert a CVS repository to Git, the conversion crashes in pass 16 with the following error message:

  File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/cvs2svn_lib/git_output_option.py", line 173, in _modify_file
    cvs_item.cvs_file.cvs_path,)
TypeError: %d format: a number is required, not NoneType

I used the following options:
wef@wef-VirtualBox:~/cvs2svn-2.3.0$ sudo cvs2git --dumpfile=cvs2svn-tmp/git-dump.dat --username=cvs2svn --encoding=utf-8 --encoding=latin1 --fallback-encoding=ascii --dry-run ../cvs

Cvs2svn is running in a virtual machine:
Ubuntu 11.10 (oneiric) with GNOME 2.32.1
Kernel 3.0.0-16-generic
CPUs 1
CPU Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU          6400  @ 2.13GHz
Memory 968 MiB
Python 2.7.2

Host system:  Windows XP SP3 32-bit

Any ideas on that issue?
