I don't like the CWiki layout and I've been bitten more than once that URLs
changed under the feet of a webpage (probably because someone improved the
title). I would prefer to make a separate page buildsystems.html or
something like that and convert this into a HTML table.

It also supports testing the different bindings. Maybe doublecheck `grep
check Makefile`?
