Fix Version/s: 1.14.1
Resolution: Fixed
Support for building with APR-1.4 has been restored in Subversion 1.14.1 (and on trunk). See [r1881958|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1881958] and [r1882128|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1882128].
