Migration to QT

Hey folks,

the overall progress of rapidsvn development is slowing down because of
- the lack of active developers
- the use of wxWidgets (at least in my opinion)

With the second reasond I am not sure if this might be connected to the 
first one...

  While wxWidgets was nice and handy years ago it makes life hard today. 
There are quite some issues in the tracker regarding cross platform 
issues because stuff DOES NOT work the same on all platforms (especially 
true for wxMac).

So, well I am planning to migrate RapidSVN to QT. This will not happen 
tomorrow (hell, it wont even start tomorrow) but this email is my letter 
of intent.

If anybody is interested in contributing or just interested by the idea, 
please speek up!
