Revision 8154:
The URL field was shown in the Update dialog even disabled via flag.

* src/update_dlg.cpp: use "m_mainSizer->Show(..., false)" instead of
  "m_mainSizer->Hide(..., true)" since this doesnt seem to be working
* src/rapidsvn.fbp, src/rapidsvn_generated.*: removed the "Force" checkbox, this
is a future feature.
