Steps to reproduce: 
- on the repository create a several directories deep path, e.g.
"http://myhost/repos/myrepos/trunk/this is the first dir/this is the second dir"
- add a repository bookmark in rapidsvn for this repository
- navigate to "this is the first dir" in the tree
- select "this is the second dir" and run the checkout command
- in the URL field you can see %20 instead of the spaces for the tree part
- checkout will fail (because the %20 will get transformed into %2520

Applies to "Export" and "Import" as well.
