The patch attached also includes also some new files in svncpp - thus bundled as
zip file. 
I added a new entry in the context menu from filelist_ctrl but it is not very
obvious which revision you are working on. May be the entry from this context
menu should be removed. I also added an new button in the log dialog from where
is no doubt about the revision you are working on.
This patch also remebers size and position of the log dialog so I marked this
issue depedent on issue #370.
