In some cases it would be helpful to have some more information about the state
of a wc memeber in combinition to its remote state. These cases are:

file / dir remotley deleted / locally unchanged
file / dir remotley deleted / locally modified
file remotley add / locally unversioned

The user would be informed about what will happen during next update / commit
especially about potential conflicts and errors.
