For example: I am using Ubuntu 10.10, my boss using Mac Leopard.
I add, commit a file with name "Here you're, boss.txt". In Linux, it seem ok. But 
with Mac Leopard, my boss can't checkout because filename is not allowed.

In real world, user can use Linux, Windows, Mac OS ... we need to alert user if 
this file name is incrorrect for some OS.
