RapidSvn deletes files that should not be deleted.
How to reproduce : 

1. There is a file named myFile.cpp under source control.

2. I decide to rename it NOT (using RapidSvn) into MyFile.cpp

3. myFile.cpp appears to be missing from RapidSvn, and MyFile.cpp appears not
under source control ;

4. I then decide to delete myFile.cpp SCM entry though rapidSvn, which deletes
MyFile.cpp !

The issue is probably not reproducible under case sensitive OS, which Win XP is
not, unfortunately.
